Barre Mama is just what it sounds like; Barre for Moms!
This class is open to register as Mom & Baby and it is also appropriate for any expectant moms who would like to participate.
Barre style fitness classes blend elements of ballet and dance, with yoga, strength conditioning and pilates. Isometric movements, functional resistance training, and stretches to lengthen and strengthen are just a few principles you can expect from every class.
This class is taught by a certified Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist, certified Barre instructor and certified Yoga Instructor with many years of experience.
*Clearance from health care practitioner required – assessment from Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist highly recommended*
