Mom and Baby Cardio/Core is a full body workout that will have an emphasis on cardio, core and stability while maintaining our high standard of postnatal appropriate programming.
**this class is most appropriate for those with a current exercise routine established and for those wishing to challenge themselves. We recommend clearance from both your HCP and PF Physiotherapist**
*Clearance from health care practitioner required – assessment from Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist highly recommended*
