Mom and Baby Yoga!
Mom and Baby yoga is an accessible, all levels class for new moms and their babies. This class will connect with you with a community of other mothers, offer support physically and emotionally while also providing the opportunity to bond with your baby and return to movement in a safe and appropriate way. You will build strength and increase flexibility with an emphasis on common postpartum discomforts and areas of concern. Class taught by certified pre/postnatal specialist and registered yoga instructor.
*Clearance from health care practitioner required – assessment from Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist highly recommended*
