An accessible yoga practice that will you serve you not only physically but mentally and emotionally as well. Prenatal yoga is the perfect way to connect with your baby, yourself and your community of fellow mamas to be. All levels and trimesters welcome!

COMBINED WITH

Functional strength and endurance for pregnancy and beyond. This class will incorporate cardio, strength and education in an effort to provide you with the healthiest pregnancy possible and offer preparation for your postnatal journey. All levels and trimesters welcome!
